Fans roared as the New York Giants -- Super Bowl XLVI champions -- made their way up the Canyon of Heroes aboard floats. As many as one million people were estimated to have lined the financial district's streets to City Hall to cheer on the team. The Giants were showered with at least 30 tons of manufactured confetti from skyscrapers lining Broadway.
